Hardwood Stamp set and the Scalloped Tag topper punch
A new Occasions Catalogue favourite would be the Hardwood background stamp. I was surprised the first time I stamped this image of how effective it was. It makes a wonderful background topped with a tag, but here I have done the reverse and stamped the Scallopped Tag topper. The topper tag punch can be as long as you like and as wide as 5 cm. The burlap has been hand cut into the shape of a heart and over laid the heart on the stamped image. The wooden embellishment (new release) adds focus to the sentiment.
